AVIE! Medspa and Laser Center was created by Kim Marinetto, RN and Master Aesthetician. The name AVIE! was selected for its meaning: ‘To Life’, which reflects Kim’s philosophy of improving the quality of life for her clients and community by offering life changing services that benefit one's appearance and inner self.
AVIE! Medspa and Laser Center is under the medical direction of Dr. Betsy Vasquez, MD.
Kim Marinetto and Dr. Vasquez have known and respected each other for many years and have been working together for over a year to develop the advanced set of treatments that will be offered at AVIE! – including Medically Supervised Weight Loss, BOTOX® Cosmetic, fillers for facial lines and wrinkles, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing for a younger appearance, advanced acne treatments, photo facials to reduce sun damage and uneven skin tone, laser hair removal, and the treatment of dark eye circles, rosacea, and spider veins.
At AVIE!, the objective is to work with clients to strike a balance between correction and prevention. Kim, Dr. Vasquez and the rest of the AVIE! team are dedicated to building long term relationships with their clients and educating them so that they can become active participants in caring for their skin.

Betsy Vasquez, M.D. - Medical Director
Dr. Vasquez graduated Cum laude from Princeton University in New Jersey and received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 1986.
She completed her residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery- at Georgetown University in Washington, DC in 1992. Dr. Vasquez received her training from The Tozzi Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Palm Beach, FL.
Dr. Vasquez and the rest of the AVIE! team are dedicated to building long term relationships with their clients and educating them so that they can become active participants in caring for their skin.
Kim Marinetto: RN, Master Aesthetician
AVIE!’s visionary and one of the founders, Kim Marinetto is a Registered Nurse and holds a Master Aesthetician’s certification and license with the State of Virginia. Kim Marinetto has over 20 years of experience in several areas of medicine including critical care and recovery and in the past five years has focused her practice on cosmetic medicine. Kim became a Registered Nurse in 1988 and received her Medical Aesthetician Certification in 2006. Kim received her medical aesthetics certificate from Yvonne De Vilar Scientific Skin Care School in Vienna, VA and her training on BOTOX® cosmetic, dermal fillers and sclerotherapy from The Tozzi Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Palm Beach, FL. Kim is also a member of the Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses.
With a strong commitment to excellence in her work and a dedicated focus on regular training for herself and her staff to ensure everyone is up to speed on all of the latest techniques and safety percautions, Kim Marinetto brings the perfect blend of nursing and aesthetics to her work each day.
